The Social Housing Company aims to create successful communities by providing affordable homes to the people of Tanzania and all over Africa who desperately need better homes. 

 

 

We work locally in individual communities to help meet the needs of the people living in poorer communities.

We invest mostly in building new homes, in cities, towns and villages in Africa.

 

Currently in Tanzania, many people live in slums which have poor shelters and are dirty which increase risks to contacting various diseases. Also during heavy rainfall, people face their homes being destroyed as the materials used to build their homes cant withstand the elements

With our new investment, we aim to provide better homes for the residents in the local communities of Tanzania. 

We want people to live better lives without the fear of their homes being destroyed due to the bad weather conditions or their children contacting diseases because of the lack of clean environments
